I have reached my limit, indeed exceeded it, in terms of new projects, but this website is still useful for a number of things.

There are three things you need to have a website:
1. Webspace - rented space on a server connected to the Internet on which to place your website code. The webhost I recommend has prices from
$59.40 per year (most other hosts charge considerably more). A good webhost gives you (or your website developer) access to hundreds of tools,
including webcounters, forum software, email, etc.
NOTE: Most Internet Service Providers include one website, usually 10-20 MB space, "free" with your account. If you are making a personal website,
this should be adequate -- if you do not intend to change service. If you have this space and change service (say, AOL to MAIN or PeoplePC Online),
you will probably lose the use of this space.
2. Domain Name Registration - This enables Internet users to find your website, and gives you your Domain Name such as www.WebsitesByMoss.com.
Typical charges range from $10 to $75 per year, depending on whatever the company that sells it to you wants to charge. The webhost I recommend
charges $12 per year.
3. The website coding itself. This includes text and graphics along with HTML code to allow your site to be read by all browsers.
I offer low-cost webhosting through MysticDreaming.net, operated by my good friend
Robert Warren. Webhosting consists of renting space for your website; you still have to have a website to put on it. Robert has 3 set plans
(see below) and will also create custom plans if his standard plans do not meet your needs. Your own e-mail address -- or several addresses,
depending on your plan -- comes free with all websites. Again, if this is not your idea of English, ask me and I'd be glad to either (1) explain
it to you or (2) simply recommend what I feel to be the best plan to fit what appears to be your needs.

Websites can be paid by the month, quarter, semi-annual, or yearly.
You can buy a domain name from MysticDreaming.net for $12 per year, or transfer one you already own.
Mystic Dreaming Domain Names- A fee of $12 per year per domain name charged if Mystic Dreaming registers it for you. No fee if you own your own
domain name, or register it with another service. You will receive directions after signup on how to point the domain name to our hosting service
if you've registered it elsewhere.
If you move your website to any provider, you can move your Domain Name with it, although some providers charge a setup fee for this
(MysticDreaming.net does not).
MysticDreaming.net does not have setup fees, hidden fees or extra charges.
I can teach you how to write, or at least maintain, your website (beginner and intermediate level, HTML, CGI plugins, and some CSS and Javascripts).
